(I have bloodlust but I remind myself if I kill someone and get caught I'll be spending lots of time in jail. But I always at least want to see a fight to the death I think it be both beautiful, thrilling, and chilling. At least you'd know that both were trying their hardest... Hello there! I have practiced bare handed combat and weapons for some time and I think I can show you a thing or 2 about martial arts. NOTE: **I am new to MT**. it is not about that ownership then, what is sure is the first explanation that i gave you :
No black and white scans for minitokyo galleries, because it is usually not usable as a wallpaper picture.
Basically, the purpose of a scan is to share a particular picture for wallpaper making purposes. A black and white scan as explained before will need re colorizing, coloring, Computer graphic regeneration, alter image i order to use. This is only for very high level wallers and they are very rare even in this community site.
The policy reads:
henceforth, it is the rule. Ownership yes, you own the scan and therefore you have everyright to it.
what you can do however is still credit the artist and the translator of the comic.
and instead go to the Anime Pictures Dump to share your black and white scans. How is that?

but I did the scans myself from the manga which I own myself with a scaner I own myself so can I submit color scan if I do it myself?
I can see that you have never participated before and here I am to tell you this much.
Black and White scans from the manga of any kind is not allowed in Minitokyo for the following reasons:
1. It is usually not usable for wallpaper making, as there is a need for coloring, re-computer graphic it and so on, therefore, it is not welcomed in MT
2. by not providing any credits to the original scanner, who has done the translation, scaning, where you found it, you have violated copyright.
You must remove those scans now. They are against the rules of Minitokyo Submission policy.
